Atlas Air is an experienced, fresh and dynamic company dedicated to providing the highest level of service for all our clients’ heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) requirements.
Our Managing Director has over 30 years of experience in the air conditioning industry of which 11 years was based abroad in the United Kingdom.
We were proud to celebrate our 15 year anniversary in 2022. 15 years that has seen us grow from a fledgling company to a major player in the industry. During this period we never lost focus of the customer centric approach, that was the catalyst for this rapid growth.
Atlas Air is a Samsung top 3 dealer in Johannesburg and ranked 10th overall in South Africa and have been in the top 30 for the past 4 years.

    We undertake various contracts for the supply, installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems for commercial and industrial properties. Our services range from preventative maintenance of all HVAC installations for Blue Chip corporate office buildings, military installations, medical facilities and shopping centres to undertaking installation projects with varying degrees of size and complexity.

Preventative Maintenance

Individually tailored service and maintenance contracts. We will create customised plans to ensure that your system is running efficiently.

Technical Engineering Department

Full commissioning service carried out by professionally trained, industry experienced master technicians. Commissioning ensures that unit pressures and temperatures are in line with the specifications from the particular manufacturer, including auditing and condition reporting.

Reports

Detailed monthly performance and data reports to keep you informed and in control. Nothing slips past us and we'll make sure it doesn't slip past you either.

Monitoring

Off-site HVAC monitoring service. We can manage your BMS (building management system) off-site. For automatic response to situations and minimal down-time. We'll be fixing the glitch before it becomes a problem.

Emergency breakdown repairs

When a big data centre goes down a huge amount of money is lost per minute. We run a 24/7, 365-days-a-year full call out team across Gauteng. We have successfully managed Vodacom's data centre for 14 years without ANY downtime.

Energy Saving

Energy saving through operational optimisation. Running a green building is more than just being fashionably eco-friendly. There are huge benefits to the company's bottom line, as well. Through regular services, optimal temperatures and saving in off-peak to use during peak periods.

Upgrades & Turnkey solutions

Control upgrades on new and existing equipment such as control scans for Building Management Systems. Complete monitoring and control. Air-conditioning is the biggest energy consumer in a building. We have long lasting relationships with the brands we use (like Trend, Trane & Johnson Controls) and will only use the best. We undertake projects of varying size and complexity and have the requisite skills to deliver a complete solution.

Unit site-building

When equipment cannot be accessed due to building restriction we build a full modification. Units can be assembled at your site, for the specific site where it is needed.
